Our Proprietary system--Time Track™--was designed and developed exclusively by our staff…for our clients. This system monitors both long-form and short-form media buys and results in minute detail. The system assists our media planners in forecasting market conditions, helps advise what time periods have historically performed best in specific categories, and is an indicator in determining television advertising rates when placing offers to stations. Time Track™ records all buys (initial buy, revisions/changes to the buy - change in rate, buy amount, cancellation, etc.). Once order information is received, the system auto allocates orders to each telecast automatically up to 99%, with the other 1% allocated manually by our order allocation specialists.

Time Track™has special features for reporting and analyzing both Long-Form and Short-Form results. The system has over 100 standard reports, and we can also generate numerous custom reports for your specific needs.

Another special Time Track™ feature is an exact media comparison analysis report. This is helpful during the testing phases of a campaign, during which we may be comparing response levels for a new creative(s).

Hawthorne's Short-Form reporting module, referred to as Navigon, not only includes orders, leads, calls, etc., but also utilizes an electronic monitoring service that verifies airing of spots, enabling the buying and account management teams to revise upcoming buys daily. The Navigon system can also incorporate Nielsen rating data (Galaxy) updates into our system daily. We have created proprietary reports which include not only leads, orders, calls, cost per lead, cost per order, cost per call, but which also incorporate number of households for target demographic, ratings delivery for the spots which have cleared, cost per point and cost per thousand. This information may be included on any of our reports - whether standard or custom.

Our daypart analysis reports can be reported as a broad overview, by network detail, or even regionally for US broadcast (spot market) buys.

Time Track™ also has a special 800 number assignment process, making 800 number assignments extremely accurate and easy. This system is also very flexible, which is invaluable when recycling of 800 numbers is required for campaigns with limited availability of numbers.

Time Track™ generates all client invoicing/statements and tracks all individual telecast-related transactions from initial buying of television advertising when a telecast/spot is purchased through final affidavit.
