hawthorne direct's NAMES MOORE VP-CLIENT SERVICES/INTEGRATED MARKETING

Fairfield, IA -- hawthorne direct, the direct response TV advertising agency, recently named Robert Moore vice president of client services/integrated marketing. His responsibilities include developing and implementing DRTV marketing strategies for clients including Time Life Music, Fantom Technologies Direct, WallMagic and Koolatron. In addition to these duties, Moore oversees hawthorne's integrated marketing channels, including: the internet, direct mail, print and inbound telemarketing co-promotions.

Moore, a 14 year veteran of the DRTV industry, has worked at hawthorne since its inception as Hawthorne Communications in 1987. He has held a variety of positions, including General Manager and Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining hawthorne, Moore held financial and general management positions at General Electric, Mid-South Concerts, International Concessions, and Fairfield Television Enterprises, where he and Tim Hawthorne (founder, chairman and executive creative director of hawthorne direct) guided the generation of $50 million in sales with "The Millionaire Maker" infomercial campaign.
