Hawthorne Direct Expands with New West Coast Office at Hollywood Center Studios

Fairfield, IA - Hawthorne Direct, a leading direct response advertising agency, has moved its west coast office to a new location at Hollywood Center Studios in Los Angeles. This move will help fulfill the agency's marketing plans and service west coast clients, as well as providing additional office space for a growing staff. The office will be staffed and utilized by team members from account management, creative and media.

This move reflects Hawthorne's commitment to the industry in providing cutting edge direct response solutions in the areas of Short Form and Long Form television, Digital, Mail and Print. The Hawthorne staff is very excited about this move. The location was chosen in order for the agency to be on a studio lot with easy access to the best quality production and post facilities to produce high quality shows for its west coast productions. The Hollywood Center Studios lot is a creative neighborhood that is home to TV series, commercial production companies, production support, new media companies, special effects and post-production outfits. It offers state-of-the-art shooting facilities and creative office space in the historical heart of Hollywood and features 11 soundstages, including three cyc stages. With a convenient location in the Hollywood media business district, Hawthorne Direct is among over forty production and production services tenants on a sixteen-acre campus.

Hawthorne Direct's west coast office is managed by Jessica Hawthorne-Castro, Account Executive, and Creative Director Paul Allen. Director of Media Jeff Copsey will also work with the LA team and will host meetings at the new office. Hawthorne-Castro handles marketing and account services for the agency's west coast client base. Allen will continue in his role as creative director. Allen is an award-winning writer/producer/director with perhaps more shows ranked in the top 50 of the IMS report than any other single person. His expertise at scripting Long Form programs and Short Form spots for companies such as AOL, Clorox, Microsoft, NutriSystem, Orange Glo, Oreck, Proctor & Gamble has made him a high-demand creative director and writer.
